BrightTherapy.com and Bright-Pad.com is based in Denver, USA, and Kamakura, Japan. Most of our items are shipped via our USA logistics company. In generally, we ship most of our items via Priority Mail USPS within the USA or EMS overseas. (We do not use FedEx, UPS, or DHL because of the substantially higher costs.) You can track it via your local post office website and we have a list of most here: http://www.track-trace.com/. The tracking data will be emailed to you via our system or if payment was made though Pay Pal or Google Checkout it will be sent via their systems.
Please do not erase the USPS.com as spam. USA shoppers can track all their items at www.usps.com if they were shipped either USPS or EMS.
When shipping items overseas, we cannot be responsible for any VAT or Tax you may incur. Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the receiver as they are levied by the receiver’s government. (As we do not expect you to pay any VAT or Tax levied on us)
Privacy & Security
BrightTherapy.com and Bright-Pad.com will never sell, give away, or compromise your personal information. We take privacy very seriously. We also employ the latest anti-spy ware and Anti-Virus tools to keep your data safe.
Returns & Replacements
Please refer to our Returns & Replacements Page for exact procedures on how to return an item.
All our devices come with a one year warranty and we will replace or repair any item that has failed for technical reasons for no additional costs. Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer to our facility and BrightTherapy will pay for return shipping. We cannot replace or repair an item that been used incorrectly, immersed in water or a fluid, dropped or abused. This will be up to the discretion of our engineers. If the damage has been deemed to be caused by the user we will ask you to pay for repairs or replacement as well as return shipping.
Before sending an item back you must contact us via our contact form or email (bt@BrightTherapy.com) so we can give you a repair ticket number. (If you do not do this your item will sit in the mail room and may never be processed!) Please ship the item back to the address below or the specified address we email to you.
Please make sure to ship the item with a service that can track it. Very Important, Please make the item as “Warranty Return” and “Origin Japan” or the item will be stopped in Japanese customs and sent back to the sender. Please include a printout of the receipt, along with the return address, phone number, and explanation of what is wrong with the item.

Ordering
BrightTherapy.com and Bright-Pad.com offers several ways to conveniently order your item. Buyers can either create a BrigthTherapy.com account or simply purchase an item as a guest. Payment can be either via our Pay Pal integrated cart, Google Checkout,or credit Card . If payment is made via our Pay Pal cart system your payment will be authorized first. This way we can confirm the order before charging your card give you an added level of protection.
If specifying a different shipping address than the billing address we will contact immediately to confirm the order before we authorize the card.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We take most major credit cards as well as Pay Pal or Google checkout. For most items we must ship to the confirmed Pay Pal or Google Checkout address. We do not offer Distributors the ability to drop ship. Please contact us for distribution terms and conditions.
Distributor and Drop Shipping Programs
Thank you for the interest in being a distributor. Please email us directly at bt@brightTherapy.com with your company data (Company name, address, type of company, market area, and tax ID) along with the sales region and type of distribution you are interested in. Once we have evaluated your data we can let you know if we can open distribution channels to you.
Updating Account Information
To update your account simple log into your BrightTherapy.com or Bright-Pad.com account and hit the edit button in the upper right hand corner. From there you can edit or update your account data.
